Events involving Noah
Noah is born
Lamech was born in Creation year 874. Adding 182 years places Noah’s birth in year 1056.
“And Lamech lived an hundred eighty and two years, and begat a son: And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD hath cursed.”
And the wife of Lamech conceived and bare him a son at that time, at the revolution of the year. And Methuselah called his name Noah, saying, The earth was in his days at rest and free from corruption, and Lamech his father called his name Menachem, saying, This one shall comfort us in our works and miserable toil in the earth, which God had cursed.

Noah’s 480th year is Creation year 1536: 1056 + 480 = 1536, exactly 120 years before the Flood in 1656.
“And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.”
God said unto Noah and Methuselah, saying, Speak ye, and proclaim to the sons of men, saying, Thus saith the Lord, return from your evil ways and forsake your works. For thus saith the Lord, Behold I give you a period of one hundred and twenty years. And Noah and Methuselah spoke all the words of the Lord to the sons of men, day after day.

The KJV mentions Noah’s wife but does not name her. Jasher names her Naamah and places the marriage when Noah was 498: 1056 + 498 = 1554.
“In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;”
And the Lord said unto Noah, Take unto thee a wife, and beget children, for I have seen thee righteous before me in this generation. And Noah went and took a wife, and he chose Naamah the daughter of Enoch. And Noah was four hundred and ninety-eight years old, when he took Naamah for a wife.

Jasher says Noah began the ark in his 595th year and built it in five years. Noah’s 595th year begins in Creation year 1650.
“And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch.”
The Lord said to Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me. And do thou take unto thee gopher wood, and go to a certain place and make a large ark. And Noah rose up, and he made the ark, in the place where God had commanded him. In his five hundred and ninety-fifth year Noah commenced to make the ark, and he made the ark in five years.

And at the end of seven days, in the six hundredth year of the life of Noah, the waters of the flood were upon the earth. And all the fountains of the deep were broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened, and the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights. And the Lord shut him in.
