The Jerusalem Chronicle places Nebuchadnezzar’s accession on 1 Ululu in 605 BC, before Tishri. In this timeline that remains Nisan year 872 and Creation year 3318; his first full Babylonian regnal year begins at Nisan in Creation year 3319.
